Legal Implications
In India, performing stunts like wheelies on public roads is a punishable offense under the Motor Vehicles Act. The Act states that any person who drives a motor vehicle in a manner that causes danger or injury to the person himself or others is guilty of an offense and shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine, or with both.
