Love them or hate them, there’s no denying that BTS has taken the world by storm. The Korean boy band has broken records, won awards, and amassed a devoted global fanbase. But how did they become such a cultural phenomenon? It all started with their music. BTS’s unique sound and style set them apart from other K-pop groups and allowed them to appeal to a wider audience. But it’s not just their music that has made them so successful. BTS is also known for their social media savvy, their charitable work, and their style. All of these factors combined have made BTS a force to be reckoned with.
Now a sad news is coming for the BTS Army, Kim Seok-jin known as ‘Jin’ a very popular member of the band has started his mandatory military service. In Korea, every male has to serve some time in the military and only few are exempted from it but unfortunately, pop groups like BTS are not part of it. Jin posted a selfie on the social media where he’s seen supporting a buzz cut. He posted the selfie with the tag, “Ha ha ha. It’s cuter than I had expected”. Many fans also turned up to the demilitrized zone where Jin will be posted. This is the place which separates both Koreas. Jin will send approx 18 months before he can come back to his career.
