A startling revelation unfolded in Noida as law enforcement authorities cracked down on a rave party, seizing nine snakes, including five cobras, along with snake venom. The incident has triggered a legal case against Elvish Yadav, a prominent influencer and Bigg Boss OTT winner. Five individuals have been apprehended, while police are actively seeking Yadav’s involvement in the case.
The police operation yielded an unexpected find during the raid on Thursday night, which took place at a rave party in Noida. In a surprising turn of events, law enforcement authorities discovered nine snakes, five of which were venomous cobras. Additionally, snake venom was also seized during the operation, marking a grave violation of legal regulations.
Influencer Elvish Yadav Under Scrutiny
Elvish Yadav whose name surfaced in connection with the case, now faces legal ramifications. The accused individuals in custody disclosed during interrogation that they were engaged in the supply of snakes for parties organized by the 26-year-old YouTuber. Elvish Yadav, in response to the allegations, categorically denied any involvement and labeled the claims as “fake.”
In a video message shared on his social media accounts, Elvish Yadav emphatically stated, “If even 0.1 percent truth about my involvement in the case is found, I will take full responsibility for it.” Furthermore, he expressed his readiness to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and urged the media to exercise caution in reporting the case, stressing the importance of avoiding damage to his reputation without concrete evidence.
Influencer Elvish Yadav Under Scrutiny
Senior Noida police officer Vishal Pandey has affirmed that law enforcement is actively seeking Elvish Yadav and emphasized that the case will be meticulously investigated from all angles.
The case came to light following a complaint filed by an official from “People For Animals,” an animal welfare organization. The complaint alleged that Elvish Yadav and other content creators were filming videos involving snakes and snake venom at farmhouses in Noida. Shockingly, the official’s claims extended to illegal rave parties where foreign women were reportedly invited to consume snake venom and various drugs.
Collaboration with Animal Welfare Organization
People For Animals, associated with BJP MP Maneka Gandhi, played a pivotal role in bringing this shocking incident to public attention. The organization received information about the allegations and subsequently contacted Elvish Yadav.
The FIR filed in this case reveals that Elvish Yadav shared the contact number of his agent with the animal welfare organization. Subsequently, the agent allegedly agreed to organize a rave party at a banquet hall in Noida, which involved the presence of snakes.
The tip-off received from the animal welfare organization was immediately shared with the Forest Department officials and Noida Police. This collaborative effort led to the subsequent raid on the banquet hall in question. All five individuals arrested in connection with this incident are residents of Delhi.
