Thank you for having me.

It’s written from the reader’s perspective and uses applied neuroscience, neurology, psychology, spiritualism, and philosophy to discuss the ingredients required for a stress-free and high-quality life. The inspiration behind the book was the realization that despite endless communication systems available today, people have become more isolated and have forgotten their true selves, leading to stress and an imbalance in their lives.

How long did it take you to complete the book, and who is the intended reader?

It took me two years plus ten hours a day to complete the book. The intended readers are anyone who wants to understand themselves, improve their emotional learning, and face day-to-day stresses. It’s particularly useful for college-going teens and twenties, but it’s really for anyone who wants to improve their quality of life.

Can you explain the primary index of the book and the concept and theories used therein?

The book’s primary concept is to share crystallized data with disillusioned youths to improve their lifestyles and all sorts of health, fulfillment and to understand why we run for preserving ego, identity, lust for sex, status, and money. There aren’t many theories or hypotheses in the book, but rather facts about how the brain and mind are formed, how thoughts and feelings originate from consciousness and the powerhouse subconscious mind.

How many chapters are in the book, and how is it structured?

There are a total of fourteen chapters in the book, divided into two volumes, each with 300-plus pages. There are more than 150 diagrams, tables, and algorithms that are color-coded to make the concept easy, quick to comprehend, and generate the desired learning and actions.
