Reports indicate that veteran Bollywood actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik passed away at the age of 66 on Wednesday in Delhi. The news of his untimely death has left the Hindi film industry in mourning, with many expressing their condolences. According to sources, Kaushik suffered a heart attack while traveling in a car in Delhi. His remains will be transported to Mumbai on Thursday. Only a day prior to his passing, Kaushik was seen enjoying the Holi festival with writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar and his family Several guests, including Ali Fazal, and Richa Chadha, were present at the gathering, and Kaushik was seen socializing with them

He made his directorial debut with the film “Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja” in 1993 and went on to direct several other successful films like “Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain,” “Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai,” and “Tere Naam.” He was also a prolific screenwriter and penned the scripts for films.
