Avatar 2 is one of the most awaited films of this decade. Being billion dollar movie, the stakes are high for the filmmakers. And the filmmakers are expecting a struggle. Avatar 2 is going to hit the cinemas pretty soon releasing on December 16, 2022. People are going crazy for this film as it is James Cameron’s most expensive film. It is a sequel to a 2009 film.
The producer has not yet, disclosed the particular amount. But he said that the film has to earn about $2 billion to balance books in his recent interview. He also added the term ‘worst business case’ since it took more than a decade. Avatar is one of the highest-grossing films. The second highest-grossing film is Endgame and then there is James Cameron’s directed Titanic.
Avatar 2 – the way of water is going to release in 3D which makes the fans more excited to watch the film. Some sources have revealed that the production amount is $250 million. James Cameron is clearly under pressure if the film will do well at the box office or not.
The profit amount is very high. Director has also conveyed his concern about the film crossing Star Wars. The pressure is quite real on box office collection. Avatar producer Jon Landau has already done with shooting his next films but, will only proceed if Avatar 2 performs well at the box office.
The film has wonderful visuals of the world of aliens. The VFX of the movie is breathtaking. The effects are also marvelous. In India, the film is going to release in 6 languages including English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and, Tamil. Avatar 2 cast includes Sam Worthington, Zoe, Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Kate Winslet, Stephen Lang, and Vein Diesel.
