Police Refused To Recognize Violence At The Religious Meeting

A viral video that is circulated on social media claimed that A Church in Delhi was violently attacked on the grounds of forceful conversion of people. Later, Delhi Police confirmed that the incident occurred at a private property in Burari and said no incidents of violence were registered in the nearby Police Station.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Sagar Singh Kalsi said that no forceful conversion occurred in the Church, and no serious offense conduct was made out during the incident. A demonstration situation happens nearby outside of private properties.

The Police Complaint Report was responded to by a sufficient police force. The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Sagar Singh Kalsi further stated that the home was utilized for meetings and holiday singing between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m.

According to a senior police officer, the landlord of the rented apartment where meetings and holiday singing were being held made a Police Complaint Report and claimed that individuals were being converted to Christianity there. The person who posted the incident’s footage on social media has received a notification from the police. The police said the person that does not make a complaint without confirmation as it led to the time-wasting of police.
