The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for submission of Term End Examination (TEE) assignments for June 2023. The last date for submitting the assignments has been extended from May 31, 2023, to June 15, 2023.
The decision to extend the deadline has been taken in view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which has disrupted academic activities across the country. The extension will provide relief to students who may be facing difficulties in completing their assignments due to various reasons such as lack of access to study materials, limited internet connectivity, or personal health issues.
The IGNOU has also advised the students to submit their assignments through online mode to avoid any delays or inconvenience. The university has provided online submission portals on its official website for the same.
The TEE assignments carry significant weightage in the final evaluation of a student’s performance, and therefore, it is essential to submit them before the deadline. The assignments are designed to evaluate a student’s understanding of the course material and their ability to apply it in practical situations.
